Theta has experience helping companies in the insurance sector with their IT development, recruitment, and team management projects.  For example, Theta has led the projects of developing new and modifying existing claims management systems. These projects usually included analyzing the existing processes and proposing new solutions in order to be more efficient in operations and increase monthly revenues. 

Theta’s team has experience in being in charge of the whole development project of internal tools including CRM system, digitalizing all processes, and training the team. After the deployment of these new tools, the customer was able to speed up the launch of new products and increase their revenue. Our team continued to support them in recruitment and formalizing new and training the existing teams.
